Frazee Recruiting Consultants

Frazee Recruiting Consultants approached us in early 2011 to redesign and rebuild their web site to better suit their two main audiences: Job Seekers and Employers. After many client meetings and much collaboration, we began production.

For the Job Seekers, our team developed a job listing search engine and a resume upload function that allows the seeker to apply for the position directly from the listing. The Job Search was designed to seamlessly integrate with Frazee's in-house staffing software so the client has complete control over what listings show on the site and how those listings are displayed. The Resume Upload function sends the applicants resume directly to Frazee's recruiting team and also allows them to track which listings get applied for most often.

For the Employers, we wanted to make resources more accessible and provide tools to make placing "job orders" simpler and easier. The Client Center is the one stop resource center for a Frazee employer. Here they can use the Job Profiler to begin the process of placing a job order, download forms they need and get answers to the more frequently asked questions.

Other notable features of this site are the Newsletter signup and the contact page, which has integrated a Google Map in a rather clever manner.

Bone & Joint Clinic of Baton Rouge

The Bone and Joint Clinic wanted to allow their patients to more easily schedule an appointment with one of their physicians. To meet this need, we engineered an online appointment scheduler that allows a patient to, at their own convenience, request an appointment with one of the 14 specialists there. The request is sent to the clinic and the patient receives a phone call within 24 hours.
